Pet World started in 2018 when two pet-obsessed families got tired of settling for low-quality products that didn't live up to their promises. We set out to build the store we always wished existed.

Why we started Pet World
In 2018, founders Mark and Lisa Chen couldn't find a single local store that stocked genuinely high-quality, vet-approved food and supplies for their two dogs and a cat. Everything on the shelves was either overpriced, under-researched, or both.
So they opened Pet World — a family-owned shop built on one simple promise: every product on our shelves has to be something we'd happily give our own pets. Eight years later, that promise still drives every decision we make.
